Thank you for choosing Berber Rug Weavers. Every rug is handcrafted by skilled Berber artisans in Morocco using traditional weaving techniques. We want you to shop with confidence, so we've made our shipping and returns process simple and transparent.
Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on all handmade rugs.
Every order is carefully packed in Morocco and shipped with trusted international couriers. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.
Processing & Delivery
In-Stock Rugs
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- Estimated delivery: 6–18 business days
Custom Rugs
Each custom rug is woven by hand after your order is placed.
- Production: 4–8 weeks
- Shipping after completion: 6–18 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and your destination.
Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Requirements
To qualify for a refund:
- The rug must be unused.
- It should be returned in its original or equivalent protective packaging.
- A return authorization must be obtained before sending the rug back.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For added security, we recommend using a fully tracked shipping service.
Refunds
After your returned rug has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Currency conversion differences may affect the refunded amount.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made rugs
- Personalized products
- Rugs that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
Handmade Rug Notice
Every Berber Rug Weavers rug is individually handcrafted from natural wool.
Because every piece is made by hand, slight variations in:
- Color
- Pattern
- Size
- Texture
are natural and make each rug unique. These characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Photos of the rug
- Photos of the shipping box
