All rugs are handmade by Berber artisans in Morocco using traditional techniques.
Because each piece is handmade:
- Slight variations in color, size, and pattern may occur
- These variations are part of the authenticity of the product
- Screen colors may differ slightly from real-life colors
We do our best to display products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact color representation on all devices.
Orders & Pricing
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Limit quantities per customer or region
- Modify or discontinue products at any time
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We are not responsible for pricing errors or incorrect product information.
Custom Orders
Custom rugs are made specifically for each customer.
- Production begins after payment is confirmed
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to handmade production
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Rugs must be returned in original or equivalent packaging
- Custom or personalized rugs are non-returnable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are processed after inspection and may take 7–10 business days.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order.
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect shipping or contact details provided by the customer.
