At Berber Rug Weavers, every rug is carefully handcrafted in Morocco and shipped directly to your home with full tracking and secure packaging.

Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

All rugs are shipped directly from our artisan partners in Morocco using trusted international couriers such as DHL and FedEx. Every order includes full tracking so you can follow your rug from the Atlas Mountains to your doorstep.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship Rugs

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery time after dispatch: 6–18 business days

Custom-Made Rugs

Each custom rug is woven by hand after your order is placed.

  • Production time: 4–8 weeks
  • Delivery time after dispatch: 6–18 business days

Please note that custom rugs take longer due to the handmade weaving process.

Delivery Information

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary by country
  • Customs processing may affect delivery speed
  • All orders include tracking
  • A signature may be required upon delivery in some countries

We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery worldwide.

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.

These fees are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping providers.

However, if you experience any issues, our team is always here to help.

Damaged Items

If your rug arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Changes

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
